Chelsea FC head to the Hawthorns tomorrow to take on West Brom. The Blues are facing a must win situation, if they are to successfully defend their Premier League title. Manchester City, off to the greatest start in Premiership history, are running way out ahead of the entire field right now, and the Blues really cannot be dropping points too often.
They are close to falling out of title contention for good.
The good news is that Chelsea’s fitness situation got much better during the international break. They will have just three players ruled out: Michy Batshuayi (ankle), Charly Musonda (knee) and Victor Moses (hamstring).
Antonio Conte reports Michy Batshuayi has an injury to his ankle and Charly Musonda to his knee. He expects to have Victor Moses back next week.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is optimistic of having Moses back from next week; so that’s promising.
On the flip side for West Brom, they have a triad of injured players: Craig Dawson (knee, potential December return), James Morrison (achilles, possible return in December), Nacer Chadli (hip, unknown return timetable)
Odds (subject to change):
West Brom 11/2
Draw 41/13
Chelsea FC 5/8
Match Prediction: Chelsea 2, West Brom 1
