Alabama running back and leading rusher T.J. Yeldon increased the Crimson Tide lead to 14 just before halftime in the “game of the century” on Saturday, and the star sophomore mocked/parodied/responded to the showboating of Johnny Manziel in the endzone, doing his own version of Manziel’s “show me the money” gesture.
Manziel has been doing that for over a year- it’s not knew to 2013. He did it while he was still obscure and not the megabrand that he is now.

Obviously, the SEC and Alabama didn’t take to kindly to it. Therefore T.J. Yeldon was forced to apologize, through a prepared statement issued via the school sports information department.
Statement from Alabama Running Back T.J. Yeldon:
“I want to apologize to everyone for my selfish actions on Saturday. That is not the way I want to represent myself, my family and our team. That is not the way we do things at Alabama. This is something that I will learn from, and I will use better judgment in the future.”
