Mikel Arteta Praises Arsenal’s Spirit, Laments Team Fatigue

Arsenal’s winning streak was halted on Thursday as they could only manage a draw against Crystal Palace. Despite not getting the three points, the players showed enough spirit in the game, manager Mikel Arteta told Sky Sports via Goal.

The Gunners came into this game on the back of a four-match winning streak but that came to a halt. Even though they had a lot of attacking talent on the pitch, they could not breach the Palace defence.

Odion Ighalo Wants to Extend Man United Dream Move, Weighs Options

Striker Odion Ighalo will see his “dream move” to Manchester United run its course at the end of this month. On loan from Shanghai Shenhua, he was fortunate to get his loan terms extended even this far. Although he is very sparingly used this season, the Nigerian would like to stay put at Old Trafford beyond this month.

However, it’s not very likely for the former Watford man, as the summer window addition of Edinson Cavani has made Ighalo expendable. He needs to think about his other options, and that’s exactly what he’s doing right now.

Chelsea FC Starting XI Prediction at Fulham FC

Chelsea have hit a rough road lately over the span of their last six Premier League fixtures. With a form guide that reads 1W-1D-4L, they fell from 3rd place, just two points off the top of the table pace to now squarely mid-table. Having finished fourth last season, this is very disappointing, to say the least.

As bad as they need a win on Saturday, when they visit Fulham FC, their opponents are probably even more desperate for a victory. The Craven Cottagers, currently residing in the relegation zone, haven’t taken all three points from a league fixture since November.

It’s a London Derby between two teams that badly need a win when Chelsea FC visit Fulham on Saturday. The Blues come in 10 points behind top of the table Manchester United, and to be quite frank, Mr. Lampard doesn’t seem to be managing a title contending team this season.

In fact, Frank Lampard really needs to get his side moving in the right direction, and fast, because in order to reach the top four, they have a handful of teams to surpass.
