Saturday sees Brendan Rodgers make his first return to Liverpool since being sacked by the club four years ago when his Leicester City side visits the Reds.

It’s going be the blockbuster fixture of the weekend, as the Foxes currently sit third in the table and find themselves with favorable odds (Sky Bet has 7/2) on a top four finish finish.

Without a doubt, the headliner fixture of the Premier League weekend is third place Leicester City visiting table-topping Liverpool. This match marks the return of former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers, who came oh so close to guiding Liverpool to the 2013-14 league title.

Sadio Mane Admits Frustration, but Denies Rift with Mo Salah

Mane was upset over Salah’s decision not to send him a pass while he was in optimal scoring position. Teammates James Milner, Joe Gomez, Jordan Henderson and Roberto Firmino all tried to calm down the Senegal international, a player known for staying cool and calm almost all the time.

Liverpool FC in Middle of Record Breaking Kit Deal Bidding War

liverpool fc home kit

The kit deal/sportswear manufacturer partnership with giant football clubs arms race has escalated. Moving forward, the battle will only escalate with brands bidding bigger numbers from here on out. Liverpool FC are currently partnered with New Balance, which although a fine company in its own right, is definitely not on the same level as Nike or Adidas.
