Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic continues rehabilitating his inured knee, and today he took time out to post a funny video on social media. Ibrahimovic, appearing in the Carrington training ground dressing room, posted an Instagram story in which he said:
“Hi everybody I want to present a new person on Instagram and make him happy or I will come after you, all of you. See he is not happy now, so make sure you follow him.”
The camera then panned to teammate Nemanja Matic, with the midfielder’s Instagram handle in the caption. Manchester Evening News football writer Charlotte Duncker captured the video and posted it on her Twitter:

Ibrahimovic made a call to action, asking people to follow Matic’s account, which he just started up. Matic, despite making his first post only 20 hours ago, and having just three posts in total, has over half a million followers already. It wasn’t just the work of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku also posted Instagram videos asking users to follow Matic.
Manchester United return to action Friday night, when they visit Yeovil Town in the FA Cup fourth round. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not expected to be match fit in time for that clash.
