Pochettino has been linked as a target for United incessantly, and the more time continues to pass without the Argentine securing a new deal at White Hart Lane, the most transfer rumors we’ll hear.
What about Paris Saint Germain? There’s rumors that current PSG boss Laurent Blanc could be on the hot seat.
Pochettino did spend two seasons of his playing career at the Parc des Princes and still holds an affinity for the French champions.
“I try to watch all of their games, especially in the Champions League,” Pochettino told the Evening Standard.
“Sometimes I speak with [PSG assistant coach] Jean-Louis Gasset. [Will I] return to Paris one day? Why not?”
“I watch a lot of live matches in the French league,” he said.
“The [French] championship is not very attractive because PSG are far from the other teams. But I watch it a lot because it is a major source of players.”
“There is talent so I have to follow Ligue 1.”
So there you go- the Pochettino Paris Saint Germain seed has now been planted.
