David Moyes is well into his summer planning at Manchester United. Club Chairman Ed Woodward as well. Moyes job is safe despite the horrendous debut campaign he’s endured at Old Trafford. Even though he won’t be sacked, United have actually looked into dismissing him, having met with possible replacements during this season.
And of course, the David Moyes seat has been so warm that it’s invited speculation that he would be let go all year long. Which brings us to today’s trip to Goodison Park.
This was anything but the Homecoming David Moyes would have wanted. He got booed mercilessly and United lost 2-nil, another embarrassing defeat. This was just Everton’s third home win over United in the last 19 tries. This defeat officially eliminated United from Champions League play, and complete a season sweep for Everton over the Red Devils.
Then there’s this guy:

Watch out David Moyes, the Grim Reaper is at Goodison Park today. pic.twitter.com/524cOiLDE2

Yes, that’s the Grim Reaper with an inflatable scythe. It’s an Everton fan who claims to be coming for David Moyes. Stadium security would later lead this fan away. This isn’t the first time that a Reaper fan has taunted Moyes. There was also fan dressed this way at Old Trafford when United hosted Olympiacos in Champions League play.
