The Iowa Hawkeyes are quite possibly the quietest and most overlooked undefeated power conference college football team ever. There’s good reason for that as most experts picked them to finish fourth or fifth in an uninspiring Big Ten West division this preseason. Although the Iowa Hawkeyes can’t officially clinch a berth in the Big Ten title game for a few weeks yet, their blowout over Northwestern gave them the inside track toward reaching Indianapolis.
They won’t play a ranked team again this season until Indy. And they haven’t played that impressive a schedule to this point. It’s in this spirit that some Alabama fans made a parody of public service announcements entitled “how to tell your kids about Iowa.”
“It’s important. Do it now. Or lose them forever.”
Here’s the video below, Iowa Hawkeyes fans, haters, those who are fairly indifferent.
