Have you heard enough Houston Texans trading down/back rumors yet?

Have you heard about Atlanta trading up/down/back/forward/sideways/parallel/congrunt/angle-side-angle postulate to get Khalil Mack yet?

Are the Houston Texans going to go Clowney at #1? That’s probably the one thing about the draft we do know.

FOX NFL Insider Jay Glazer on whether the Houston Texans will trade down from the No. 1 pick:

“There was a team in the top 10 today that did talk to the Houston Texans. They’ve tried to move up there, and the Houston Texans said, ‘If you want our pick, it’s going to take three No. 1s and a No. 2.’ Apparently they are drinking down there in Houston, because that is an awful lot to ask for. No, no one is giving up three No. 1s and a No. 2.”

FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo on Houston Texans rumors:

“It’s real that they are going to want to trade, but I think it’s a rumor that they’re actually going to deal it, because I don’t think that they’re going to be able to find a dance partner. It’s going to be really tough. Maybe the Atlanta Falcons, maybe something could re-kindle tomorrow and they could try and talk to them, but to get up to No. 1 from No. 6, I just don’t see it happening.”

FOX College Football Analyst Joel Klatt on the prospect of South Carolina DE/LB Jadeveon Clowney going No. 1 overall:

“Regardless of who selects there, I think that the pick has to be Jadeveon Clowney. He is the most dominant player in this draft, and I believe that he is the type of guy that 10 years from now, you’re going to be looking at as one of the dominant players of the last decade in the NFL. He is too talented, he is too skilled, he can get after the quarterback, and what a lot of people don’t talk about is his ability against the run, because he is actually an elite defender against the run as well.”

Glazer adds his thoughts:

“If they don’t take Jadeveon Clowney at No. 1 in Houston, they are out of their minds. I’ve never seen a guy like this. And also, he doesn’t have to be the man there because you have J.J. Watt and you have Brian Cushing. You guys brought it up: this is Bruce Smith, this is Lawrence Taylor, all in one guy. You’re out of your minds, Houston, if you don’t take him.”
