A lot of decisions to be made this summer for the Chicago Blackhawks.

The offseason will lead to more storylines regarding Chicago’s only sports team with some sustainable success. The Chicago Blackhawks are in the Golden Age of Chicago hockey. Fans should enjoy this, because the Hawks will be competitive next year. Remeber Teuvo Teravainen? Yeah, it’s Teuvo time, my frents.

The Sports Bank will have an in-depth summer breakdown of the Chicago Blackhawks. Free agency, prospects, and any other pertinent topics will be discussed.

Here to break down the Stanley Cup Final and talk New York Rangers versus L.A. Kings is our very own Jeff Hicks. He previews the Stanley Cup Final, talks about his other company 120 Sports, and also previews the NHL Draft. He also talks about his upcoming pieces on the Chicago Blackhawks offseason moves and their draft outlook. Follow him on Twitter @skcih_ffej.

Here’s what we have the Blackhawks doing in our first 2014 NHL mock draft.

27. Chicago Blackhawks

Robby Fabbri, C, Guelph, (OHL)

45 G – 42 A – 87 Pts   55 PIM

Although small, Fabbri is a hard worker who is one of the best skaters in the draft.  Has playmaking ability, and isn’t afraid to go to the dirty areas on the ice.  The Blackhawks have always struggled to find a second line center, Fabbri might finally be the one.
