Tottenham Hotspur and England National team striker Harry Kane was called into the senior England squad for the first time in March to take on Lithuania and Italy. Tonight, he scored for the fourth time in six Three Lions appearances, as his scoring strike put England up 2-0 on Lithuania. Harry Kane was then subbed off for Liverpool’s Danny Ings in the second half.

Kane’s brace was later taken away from him and ruled an own goal for Lithuania, but he still registered an assist in the match. However, that’s not the real story here.

A six-year-old England National Team and Tottenham Hotspur supporter invited Harry Kane to his home for a kick about. The Spurs forward responded by bringing the kid to Wembley Stadium. It all started with a hand-written letter, a picture of which quickly went viral on the internet.

Oscar’s letter was Tweeted out by his brother Andrew:

@hkane28 @SpursOfficial Harry can you make it to play football with my 6 year old brother on Friday haha? #COYS pic.twitter.com/cya7MIkyun

Although Harry Kane wasn’t able to make it to Oscar’s house, he was able to bring the youngster to England’s National Stadium; thereby granting the child’s wish to meet his football hero.

What a wonderful gesture by Harry Kane!

I couldn't make the kickabout at Oscar's house but delighted to help him come and watch mine tonight! Top man. pic.twitter.com/bcRweaUOw9
