NBC Universal’s Hispanic cable network mun2, continues its broadcasting of the 2014-15 season of the English Premier League with three matches on Saturday, September 27. Included in that 8:55 a.m. CST with Manchester United vs West Ham United.
Here’s their match preview. We’ll be back tomorrow with some predicted Manchester United starting XIs from various pundits across the football landscape.
-Louis Van Gaal’s Manchester United squad continues to look like its non-impressive selves of last season. (boy is that an understatement, Sunday was such a disaster) With superstars like captain Wayne Rooney, Argentine Angel Di Maria and Robin Van Persie already within the fold, now the Red Devils anticipate a spark from Colombian Radamel Falcao, on loan from Monaco, to help them regain their form. (have to agree with them there, £150 million spent during this past transfer window alone, yet 12th place everybody. 12th place in the table currently!)
West Ham United enters Old Trafford with 7 points on the table after a strong 3-1 victory versus Liverpool last weekend looking to raise themselves from the middle of the pack to potential surprise Champions League qualifying contention.
We’ll see how Manchester United rebounds from the disaster at Leicester City last week.
