Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Radamel Falcao: who is the odd man out at Old Trafford?
How is Louis van Gaal going to fit everyone in at Manchester United? Will he have to shift from his usual 3-5-2 to a Diamond? Or Maybe a 4-2-3-1? Van Gaal has said he’s stubbornly staying with his bread and butter formation, but given that he’s still winless with the Red Devils we could see a change.
Famed member of the Class of ’92 Paul Scholes thinks that Rooney should be moved to midfield. What if United wanted to go with two up front like Liverpool did last year with Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez? Scholes had a lot to say about tactics and formations.
