Word is that Manchester United are going to send a scout to watch Jamaal Lascelles in every remainng match this season. The rumor is that David Moyes and company are keen on a potential summer move for Lascelles up worth up to £15 million. That’s what Metro is claiming.
“United have been following 20-year-old Lascelles for years, but Moyes is now ready to move him at the end of the season as he plots an overhaul of his squad.”
Lascelles would be a smart purchase. And like I’ve said over and over, Moyes will get as much Glazer family money as he needs to revamp the Red Devils. And there will be plenty of salary coming off the books too; with all the departures out of Old Trafford.
The Glazers have given Manchester United at least £100 million in order to remake and rebuild, verifies The Telegraph.
