Portugese Winger Luís Carlos Almeida da Cunha, commonly known as Nani or Luís Nani, is having quite the summer. First he won the 2016 European Championship with the Portugal national team. Then he received Cristiano Ronaldo’s Silver Boot Award, as CR7 bequeathed the trophy to him.
Now he has officially moved to Valencia after Los Che triggered the Portuguese star’s £7 million release clause in his Fenerbahce contract.
About a year ago, he completed his move away from Manchester United and officially ended his eight year career with the Red Devils. Only July 6th, 2015 he signed a deal with Fenerbahce for six million Euros.
Fast forward to this summer and the La Liga club beat out Everton for the 29-year-old winger. To cap it all off, the Nani “introductory press conference,” or what some call “official unveiling” and what I call “product rollout,” was amazing.
It was not your standard stand up, hold the shirt, give a bunch of pre-rehearsed boiler plate responses to predictable questions. It actually featured Nani break dancing and doing martial arts! Check out the video below:
