Bastian Schweinsteiger finalized his move from Bayern Munich to Manchester United yesterday, and today he explained why he decided to make the move at this time. Not that it needs any explanation; we can understand why it’s a great fit for all parties involved, but Schweinsteiger felt the need to give his fans and supporters a message.
He posted this on his Twitter account.

It was an extremely busy day at United yesterday. They made the signings of both Schweinsteiger and Matteo Darmian official. Today brings the news that Robin van Persie’s move to Fenerbahce is finalized. And this is just the start- there’s going to be ton of other transfer activity to come. Morgan Scheniderlin has been linked to United in the tabloids.
There’s also the issue of who will replace Van Persie at striker and David de Gea in goal; if and when he finally moves to Real Madrid. Iker Casillas left Los Blancos for Porto yesterday; opening the door.
