Time for your daily Arturo Vidal is coming/not coming/maybe coming/definitely coming to Manchester United update. We’ll look at what media outlets in which countries are saying the transfer has been completed. Or not. Or maybe it has.
There’s media in three countries interested in this: Juventus (Italy) his current club, Chile (where he was a national star for the World Cup team) and United (England of course!)
One thing is for certain, no one can dispute this: the Arturo Vidal to Man United storyline will not go away.
Today’s update comes from the Daily Mail:
“United could also capture Juventus star Arturo Vidal before the transfer window shuts at 11pm on Monday if they come up with the right money.”
I wouldn’t be optimistic about United getting this done. However, given the hold-ups with new buys Ander Herrera and Marcos Rojo, perhaps Old Trafford is going to be desperate to spend. You know how deep the pockets are of the Glazers, so maybe Ed Woodward and Louis van Gaal can make Juventus an offer they can’t refuse?
Rojo may never play for Manchester United, so again, desperate times call for desperate measures. Especially, given the disastrous start to the Premier League season, ZERO WINS in first three games!
Arturo Vidal can be had for the appropriate price.
