Brendan Rodgers, former Swansea and Liverpool FC manager, has now been officially named the new boss at Celtic, arguably Scotland’s biggest and best club. They have officially made a formal announcement appointing the Northern Irishman as their new manager.
Brendan Rodgers, along with former Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson, were in the mix to succeed Steve McClaren at St James’ Park, until Rafael Benitez took the position. The Celtic official account Tweeted out this announcement:
