A healthy lifestyle creates better chances towards longer life and by staying healthy and not getting sick, people live happier lives. With industrial revolution and new advancements in technology, we as human got a lot of benefits and ease for our and our kids’ lives.

But hardships come with very ease, as it is rightly said, “Roses have thorns”. The technological progress is making our lives easier but it is affecting our health to a great extent as well. We do not have access to most of the natural organic products that we used to have anymore. It includes from food items to clean air and water as well. And the saddest part is we cannot control it now. We, as humans have very limited powers against these progression. Also we cannot even think of abandoning the facilities we have now.

Awareness among public

Although these days people are struggling to stay healthy and active. A huge number of awareness campaigns and events are getting organized in different parts of the world to make lives of people healthier and easier. Organic farming is one thing. But people are more motivated towards the healthy exercises and workouts to stay fit and active. It is because looking for organic food is difficult and expensive and you still cannot trust the vendor, who can make you fool for some extra bucks. So hitting the gym three to four days a week is easier and full proof plan.

For hitting gym, games and exercise, people need to understand that they need to wear the sportswear, which most of the people ignore. People consider sportswear of as the least important preparation to do before exercise, when people should consider it the most important.

Problems of not wearing Sportswear

Not wearing sportswear can cause a number of health issues that includes, back pains due to improper support, defective posture or heel aches etc. There is a huge market for sportswear now emerging with increased awareness for exercise and active lifestyle. But there is still room for good sportswear specifically for women. The brands that have quality products are so expensive that not every other person is able to afford it. And other low quality brands are just there to earn money and give no help.

Necessary Gym/Sports wear

Although men tend to do more rigorous exercises but women’s bodies get affected more due to natural physical vulnerability as compared to men. We cannot force people to wear sportswear while exercising at home or outside but what we can do is to make it mandatory to wear sportswear before entering in gym. Although it may affect the turn-out of people coming for workout, of which most of the gym owners are afraid of as well, but it is necessary and also will create awareness and also good habit in people. Some of the following sportswear needs to make mandatory before entering to gym.

Sweatpants/Trousers

Women Sports Bras

Men Sports vests

Towels

And also it is not that much to handle. And onthego sports have great variety within reasonable price.

Wearing sportswear is very important for exercise as it gives your body the proper support and also make the physical activity much easier and comfortable.  It will also prevent you from injuries and other long-term problems and defects.
