Sports are a great way to exercise both your body and mind and many people find the athletic lifestyle extremely rewarding.

Take Care Of Your Hands & Feet
The hands are exposed to the most foreign bacteria out of all of our body parts simply because we use our hands to interface with the outside world. Shower Immediately After Exercise
Expending energy by working out is the energy that’s taken from the body that could be used by the immune system to fight off infections. That means you need to be much more diligent than the average person when it comes to avoiding getting sick while your body rests. Showering immediately after your exercise is the perfect way to get a head start on resetting your body after exerting yourself. Dress Wounds Immediately
Sports can oftentimes get a little rough, and that means you might get a cut or a scrape during the course of your play time. Taking care of your body is extremely important, everybody knows that. At the same time, lots of athletes don’t fully appreciate just how much stress they put on their body through working out and don’t compensate for it off the field.
