Liverpool FC icon Steven Gerrard has already done the “European star goes to the football world’s retirement home in America” routine as the former midfielder is now with the L.A. Galaxy in Major League Soccer.
He is reportedly still wanted in by the MLS powerhouse in California, but he also still wants to play a couple more seasons before he transitions to his next career as a coach.
He has previously stated on numerous occasions that his ultimate goal is to be a coach, with the Liverpool staff being his ultimate dream destination someday.
And it seems that Gerrard could perhaps be on his way to the next step in that journey, wherever that may be. Stevie G. posted an Instagram that implied his days in Los Angeles could be coming to an end soon. Have a look as he says goodbye to L.A.
Perhaps Celtic will be that stop in between Los Angeles and wherever Stevie G. commences his coaching career? Could there be a reunion in Scotland between Steven Gerrard and his former Liverpool Manager Brendan Rodgers? We covered that topic in detail over at this link.
