ESPN will televise the 2016 NBA Draft on Thursday, June 23, at 7 p.m. ET. In advance of what is annually always one of our favorite days on the sports calendar, we crowdsourced the Minnesota Timberwolves selections from our most favorite and most trusted NBA mock drafts on the internet. In other words, we did some mocksourcing.
We also did some feature stories on the elite NBA Draft lottery prospects, and where they might fit in, so to read those, just click the player’s name where highlighted.
Minnesota Timberwolves NBA Draft Mocksourcing
The Sports Bank: Kris Dunn, PG, Providence
Walter Football: Marquese Chriss, SF, Washington
Chicago Now: Marquese Chriss, SF, Washington
Draft Express: Marquese Chriss, SF, Washington
NBA Draft Room: Marquese Chriss, SF, Washington
CBS: Parrish: Dragan Bender, PF, Bosnia
So there you have it, some variance of opinion here on what the Minnesota Timberwolves will do, but Chriss seems to be the favorite. In a draft like this, you could see the third and fourth picks actually be guys that the casual fan might not have even heard of, or at least hasn’t seen play. In short, it’s not a very deep and talented draft.
