Is Coach Cal bolting Kentucky for the L.A. Lakers? That’s the latest John Calipari rumor. By the way, did the Detroit Pistons hold their press conference introducing Tom Izzo as their new Head Coach yet? Did Michigan State send out a press release about that?

Well, Kentucky Wildcats legend Rex Chapman might have a lot more credibility than Jalen Rose. We’ll soon see. Here’s what Chapman, the former 12 year NBA veteran and current CBS and Turner Sports Analyst had to say just a couple hours before tip-off.

Former UK Wildcat @rexchapman believes tonight is John Calipari’s last game as HC of #BBN https://t.co/oH3nLPxWB6 pic.twitter.com/8b3FCS6DWz

I don’t live in some dream world & have alwys called it straight. Alwys will. Let’s not 4get, 6-wks ago many in BBN would’ve walked Cal 2 LA

That’s Big Blue Nation, if you’re wondering what BBN stands for. Rex Chapman may be right, but even if he’s not, it’s hilarious to see Kentucky fans flipping out on Twitter about John Calipari. And directing that angst at him.

Let’s be clear – I want people to “unfollow” who are idiotic enough to be upset over something I say. U must not kno me, Mane.

John Calipari leaving Lexington for LA-LA Land? Rex Chapman is in the know, so he may be correct. But only John Calipari knows for sure.
