David Moyes denies the claims that he’s lost the Manchester United locker room. Moyes also refutes the idea that Robin van Persie is unsettled. All forms of media: television, newspapers, blogs, tabloids, social media etc. have all been ripping David Moyes lately and talking about potential successors, should United decide to sack him.

Well, winning cures everything, and winning is the only thing that cure these specific ills. Beating West Bromwich Albion 3-0 today is nothing to get excited about, but hey it’s a start. It’s a lot better than losing to WBA.

Anyways before the match, David Moyes addressed the claims that his team has lost interest in playing for him.

“I don’t know if it’s the right thing [to say] that they’re not playing for me,” David Moyes said. “I think they definitely do, so I don’t accept that.”

“I’ve been honest with the players and the media, I’ve tried to be straight as I can. I’ve done it with the supporters.”

“We need to play better. I think Olympiacos was the poorest we’ve played. That was disappointing but we will improve from that and we will be better.”

“We had a bad night and we all take responsibility for that. But I refute that was the worst night or all those sort of things.”

David Moyes also refuted the idea that RVP wants out of Old Trafford.

“I couldn’t reply to that and I wouldn’t know how Ronald de Boer would know that,” added Moyes.

“I traveled back from the [Holland] game with Robin the other night. I went to the game, watched them play and traveled back with him. I hardly feel I need to answer the question.”
