After the alleged “spitting incident” in Madison less than a month ago, Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan said, “All I know is we won the game, deal with it.” By dealing with it, did he mean for the Buckeyes to embarrass the Badgers for 40 minutes the next time the two teams played? If so, Ohio State sure “dealt with it” on Sunday, winning 93-65.

Ohio State man-handled Illinois 89-70 Tuesday night. After Mike Davis scored the opening basket for the Illini, it was all Ohio State as they led for the rest of the game. While the win came at home against a team that had lost 7 of its past 11 games, it was an impressive victory nonetheless for the Buckeyes. Not only did the Bucks win in impressive fashion, they did so after a brutal stretch in their schedule.

For the second time this season, a Wisconsin Badgers program has knocked off an undefeated Ohio State Buckeyes team ranked #1 by the AP. The football team did it in October and now the #13 Badgers (19-5, 9-3) have done it in basketball as they knocked off #1 Ohio State (24-1, 11-1) 71-67 on Saturday.
Jordan Taylor was magnificent while leading the Badgers with 27 points and seven assists in front of an electric crowd at the Kohl Center.
