Milwaukee Bucks falter down the stretch in loss to Boston Celtics

The Milwaukee Bucks showcased their ability to be completely whelming in their ESPN-televised 89-83 loss to the Boston Celtics Sunday night.

By now, everyone who watched the Bucks for the first time knows their story this season, often capped by a failure to land a finishing move when their opponent is swaying like a Mortal Kombat enemy. Milwaukee played as hard as they have all season, but effort only takes you so far when the home stretch of a game is marred by bad decisions.

Bucks-Timberwolves quickly becomes a battle for the basement

The Milwaukee Bucks‘ 94-88 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves Tuesday night played out like a bizarro version of the Mia Hamm/Michael Jordan Gatorade commercials. Anything Milwaukee did, Minnesota did worse, and neither team could do anything consistently better than the other. Case and point: The game’s final two minutes.

Blake Griffin goes Space Jam on the Milwaukee Bucks

Don’t let that 19-28 Los Angeles Clippers record fool you. These Clippers can run and jump like the monstars in Space Jam.

Los Angeles came into their Monday night game against the Milwaukee Bucks riding an eight game home winning streak, mostly on the back of the human jet pack, Blake Griffin. Even with Eric Gordon and Chris Kaman sidelined, the Clippers managed to stretch that streak to nine games with a fourth quarter surge and a 105-98 victory over the Bucks.
