Brady Hoke Indefinitely Suspends Fitz Toussaint From Michigan


After his arrest Saturday night for driving under the influence, Fitzgerald Toussaint was suspended indefinitely by head coach Brady Hoke. This will be costly for the Wolverine offense as Toussaint is, or was, their number one running back. As a redshirt junior in 2011, Toussaint ran for 1,041 yards and nine touchdowns, second on the team only to Denard Robinson.

Vikings Safety Tyrell Johnson Charged with 4th Degree DWI

It’s not quite the “Love Boat” scandal, but another Minnesota Vikings player is in the news for a drunk driving charge. Wasn’t the last DUI just a couple weeks ago? Yes it was.

Today’s offender is Safety Tyrell Johnson who taken in at 3:17 a., and released without bail at 5:28 a.m. Hasn’t he seen the episode of “How I met your Mother” centered the all true concept that anything you do after 2 a.m. is never good?

Cleveland Indian Shin-Soo Choo’s on-field problems, DUI solved with a hug.

Quick question: Before the season started, who had the Cleveland Indians atop the A.L. Central, leading the league in run differential and seemingly trading back and forth daily with the Philadelphia Phillies for the best record in baseball by mid-May?  Yeah, I didn’t think so.  Just about everything has been clicking for the Tribe as of late, but amidst the fanfare and joy that only the best home start since 1901 can bring, it seems there is one Indian who has yet to join the party:  Shin-Soo Choo.
