Miranda Ferguson is a 16-year-old high school cheerleader in Texas. This week she set the Guinness World Record for back handsprings or “flip flops” with 35. Shattering the previous record of 32.

The free agency period for the NFL has pretty much passed. And it’s had a consequence on our mock draft of course. Here’s a complete run down of who went were again. Following bountygate, Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow, the biggest news story is Sarah Jones, the Cincinnati Bengals Cheerleader captain and high school teach who could face up to five years in prison for having sex with her student.

The combine has come and gone, the male version of a swimsuit calendar shoot. But don’t get too high or too low about this stuff. Like my friend Bill Smith says, “beware the workout warrior.” The site of the past Super Bowl, Indianapolis hosted the 2012 NFL Draft Scouting Combine.
