Follow paulmbanksCrimson Tide’s Milliner, Lacy and Fluker to enter the NFL Draft
Lots of Alabama Crimson Tide players raised their NFL Draft stock Monday night, especially on the offensive side of the ball. In their pummeling of Notre Dame, especially the way the OL and running game dominated a previously had been elite defense, some Alabama players made themselves a lot of money in the 42-14 shellacking.
Juniors Dee Milliner and Eddie Lacy announced their decision to enter the 2013 National Football League Draft on Friday morning. Alabama head coach Nick Saban announced that junior D.J. Fluker will also forego his senior season to enter the draft.
Follow paulmbanksVideo: Katherine Webb sticks up for Musburger, ESPN apology was stupid
The actual college football game was a total joke- the Alabama Crimson Tide totally crushed Notre Dame right from the start. The game was over at kickoff. Serves ESPN right for over-promoting the hell out of the game for the past month and change. So what captivated the viewers since the football was anything but interesting? Katherine Webb, Miss Alabama 2012 and girlfriend of Tide QB A.J. McCarron. And ironically an Auburn graduate.
Her, along with the hot mom of McCarron, Dee Dee Sonders got a TON of ESPN air time tonight, and with that they almost broke Twitter and the internet. And turned legendary sportscaster Brent Musburger into a national punchline. And wrongfully so. I posted the video after the game and pointed out the web making fun of Musburger, but I don’t think it was right. Musburger didn’t say anything offensive. And he certainly didn’t say anything any different from what us guys were thinking.
Webb thinks so too.
