In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, Danica Patrick’s No. 10 GoDaddy.com Chevy will sport a special St. Patrick’s Day paint job in the Food City 500 on Sunday. Call it Danica Patrick as St. Patrick, or a Shamrock Shake on wheels. It’ll “Irish up” your NASCAR.
Danica will make her second Sprint Cup start at Bristol after finishing 29th last year. This year, St. Patrick has blessed us with a fantastic sports day, The Food City 500 will compete with college basketball Selection Sunday, conference tourney finals, (the Big Ten final should be a doozy) and a full slate of NBA and NHL action. So I have a feeling the sports bars will be especially crowded for a Sunday.

Danica Patrick had a rough couple weeks in Vegas and Phoenix, finishing quite poorly. However, at least Phoenix wasn’t as bad an experience for Patrick as Las Vegas, where she actually got hit in the head with a rock
Of course, unlucky things happen to a lot of people in Vegas. Maybe Patrick will get the luck of the Irish on Sunday and win?
