Tottenham Hotspur will face the MLS All-Stars on July 29th in Colorado. That means Spurs will take on the very best that American Major League Soccer has to offer in an exhibition friendly. You know how the pecking order goes. English Premier League is the top. La Liga is right up there with them. Bundesliga; Serie A, then down to Ligue 1 then etc.. MLS is probably somewhere between the 6th and 8th best professional soccer league in the world (probably).
The full entire roster of opponents that Tottenham Hotspur will face in the MLS All-Star game was released on July 20th, but severely altered today.
Tottenham were set to compete against a former Spurs player in Robbie Keane, and a longtime former rival in Steven Gerrard, but both pulled out today.
