Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is very impressed by Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne, according to Italian sporting director Pietro Lo Monaco. He told TV Luna: “Insigne is the complete package for a wide player.
“I spoke to Tottenham, and I know for certain that Pochettino is crazy about Insigne.”
According to Lorenzo Insigne’s agent, Fabio Andreotti, Tottenham have some competition for Insigne’s services.
“There are three clubs among Europe’s top 10 that have their eyes on Insigne,”Andreotti said.
“We spoke with them, and they want to set up some meetings, but Insigne is so focused on Napoli that he doesn’t even want to know their names.
“They are just probing for the moment, because I expect Insigne’s experience with Napoli to continue in the summer.”
