Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor is still without a team since Spurs terminated his deal this past summer. Whoops, I meant to say “mutual parting of ways,” just like with Chelsea and their sacking of Jose Mourinho right before Christmas.
The striker who was a total bust in North London is now headed to South London. So after a run with Spurs, hello Palace potentially for Adebayor.
The Crystal Palace official Twitter account confirmed the signing of Adebayor, who joined the team on a free transfer until the end of the season.

Alan Pardew could certainly use another striker at Selhurst Park before the January transfer window closes. Adebayor certainly does love London, and he seems determined to making a return to the English top flight in the capital of Great Britain.
The former Arsenal player is being paid not to work £100,000 a week by Tottenham until his contract expires next summer.
