Tottenham Hotspur crushed lowly Huddersfield Town over the weekend 2-0, giving the north London side a three game winning streak, and perhaps that will provide them some positive mojo to take into their challenge, as it’s a big one!
Spurs welcome FC Barcelona to London, and it’s a match where they need to take at least one point after having lost their UEFA Champions League opener 2-1 to Inter Milan. They will be in a very deep hole if they end up taking a combined zero points from their first two matches in group stage competition.
Danny Rose has called this match a must win.
“We’re all bitterly disappointed from how the Milan game finished,” said the Spurs defender. “We have to win. We’re fully aware of that. We’ve proved that we can do it. At the minute we’re winning ugly.”
Let’s take a look at who might be in the first team on the pitch to face Barca at the national stadium.
