However, if The Sun is to believed, United are instructing their players not to squander money by giving away jerseys. Yes, that’s what the London based publication claims, Old Trafford is telling their players not to throw money away by shirt swapping.
Superstars including £260,000-a-week striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic have been told it is “not cost effective”, a source revealed yesterday…The source said: “They are asked not to swap shirts so they don’t have to be replaced. It seems daft given how much the club is worth.”
