Radamel Falcao was at Craven Cottage to watch Colombia beat the United States today. The Manchester United striker has missed three games due to his calf injury. An injury that comes on the heels of his recovering from the well known condition with his knee.
However, Falcao could still face Arsenal according to Colombia Manager Jose Pekerman. At least that’s what he said today at the home of recently relegated Fulham Football Club in London. (Daily Mail)
Said Pekerman:
“There is no doubt he is in optimal condition. He’s recovered very successfully. He done everything perfectly. This is a small muscular injury, it is different to the knee injury before the World Cup.”
“He’s in a good condition and could be ready for Arsenal. He hasn’t even started yet. He will be one of the best players Manchester United have had and will break a lot of records in England.”
The match at the Emirates is just a week away now, we’ll see if Radamel Falcao returns in time.
