FIFA is making headlines, well sort of, for their movie about themselves bombing at the box office. The propaganda film made by FIFA isn’t popular, and looking like straight to DVD material.
In other FIFA news, former Manchester United Director David Gill will make a bid to become FIFA vice president next year.
David Gill sits on UEFA’s executive committee and is a vice chairman of the English Football Association. And according to Fox Sports:
Gill is looking to succeed Jim Boyce, the Northern Irishman who has served as a vice president in world football since 2011.
David Gill says he wants to ”use my candidacy to drive a debate for continued reform.”
He could face rival bids from Scottish and Welsh officials.
