Alexis Sanchez, one of three Manchester United players featured at the top of the team’s official Twitter account promoting their preseason exhibition tour, did not fly with the team to the United States yesterday.
The Chilean, acquired from Arsenal in the January transfer window, stayed back due to a “personal administrative issue.” Club spokespeople said that they hope Sanchez will be able to join up with the rest of the team at some point.
Manager Jose Mourinho and a very young squad, featuring a few youth team members flew from Manchester to Los Angeles on Sunday.

Those youngsters will now likely see some senior team playing time during the friendlies this month in the USA.
