The last time Manchester United played a Premier League game, they looked about as good as they have all season long. Unfortunately, Chelsea snatched a draw from the jaws of defeat at the last minute and the Red Devils now sit a very uninspiring tenth in the table.
Although they are substantially favored in their league clash on Sunday against Everton FC, United are still looking up at the Toffees in the standings. Everton FC come into this one with 15 points, one better than United’s 14, and six points off the pace for the top four. Given how inconsistent, and that’s putting it nicely, United have been at home this match could easily end up the opposite of what most experts expect.
Speaking of predictions, here’s who we have in our Red Devils first team projection.
We included the struggling mightily Romelu Lukaku in our lineup, and for his sake he badly needs to find the back of the net in this one. The £75 million man will take on his former team in the midst of his worst scoring drought since he moved over last summer.
