Liverpool suffered a frustrating tie on Sunday against West Ham. They have a quick turnaround on Wednesday at Middlesbrough where they will look to get back to their winning ways.
It hasn’t been a good two weeks for Loris Karius, who has conceded some bad goals that have cost Liverpool points in the last two matches. Klopp has publicly backed Karius, but Simon Mignolet should get the start Wednesday.
Dejan Lovren was forced to leave at halftime against West Ham, so a game three days later is probably too quick for him to start. Ragnar Klavan should step into his place with Clyne, Matip and Milner.

The midfield should stay the same. The one question would be if they start Lallana on a quick turnaround as he is recently back from injury. Henderson and Wijnaldum should start, giving Emre Can some extra rest before the Merseyside Derby.
The Reds are limited in their attacking options, so really the choices should be straight forward. Mane, Firmino and Origi have to continue to hold down the line until Liverpool get Daniel Sturridge and Philippe Coutinho back from injury.
