Liverpool FC has a short turnaround this weekend after Monday’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United. They welcome West Brom this week.
Loris Karius starts in net for again after getting a clean sheet against United. Simon Mignolet probably gets a start sooner or later to avoid rust, but Karius gets the start Sunday after having little work to do on Monday.

Back four remains the same. There was some question of whether or not Milner would be ready to go after taking a knock to the head against United, but has been training all week and doesn’t seem to be injured from it.
One change in the midfield should be made by Jurgen Klopp. Adam Lallana should be ready to re-enter the starting 11 after coming off the bench on Monday. There was a clear improvement when he was on the field for the last 30 minutes and seems to have had no set-backs from it. Georginio Wijnaldum has returned to training this week, but Emre Can gets the start with Wijnaldum on the bench. With a big League Cup game on Tuesday against Spurs, there is no need to risk Wijnaldum in a start.
Up front, Liverpool should return to their best top-3 in Mane, Firmino and Coutinho. Dropping Coutinho into the midfield didn’t work out well against United and Daniel Sturridge looked lost for 60 minutes. Sturridge goes back to the bench and Coutinho moves back forward.
