Did Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan boo his own team today? After his match with Sunderland ended in a draw, with the Bluebirds yielding an equalizing goal in the closing minutes a ton of boos were heard in Cardiff City Stadium. Watch the video below and then comment in the comments section. Let me know what you think.
We know the Malaysian investor Vincent Tan has been under siege lately, and the criticism is well-deserved. Tan, who has the controlling interest in the Premier League side, was harshly criticized by Liverpool F.C. Coach Brendan Rogers; who vehemently defended the much embattled Malky Mackay. It’s been a 51 year wait for Cardiff to get her into the top flight; so it should be a season of celebration. Instead, it’s been a year of turmoil and strife. Mackay was sacked by Vincent Tan earlier this week.
I don’t know whether Vincent Tan was booing his own team, the match officials, the final score or perhaps the Cardiff City supporters who were booing him.
