While current Arsenal FC #1 Petr Cech Twitter feuds with the former club of the man who could eventually supplant him, another Gunners goalkeeper, David Ospina, is also making news.

The Colombian international, who saw action with the national side at the World Cup, is currently not in the mix for the starting shot stopper gig in north London, and thus set to go out out on season long loan. Ospina is set to have a medical with Napoli, according to Sky Sports in Italy.

Napoli will have the option of signing Ospina on a permanent basis at the end of the season. The Serie A side have been in dire need of a new keeper after Alex Meret, also a summer addition, via Udinese, suffered a broken arm. The report indicated that Ospina will undergo his medical on Thursday.

Time is of the essence for the 29-year-old, and the two clubs, as the Italy transfer window closes Friday.
