Brian Kelly may not be winning as many games as some of the Notre Dame faithful want him to, but he is winning the recruiting battles. They got the 13th member of their class, Jaylon Smith, from just up the road in Ft. Wayne. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound linebacker is a five-star recruit, according to Rivals.com.
He is also ranked as the No. 1 outside linebacker and No. 4 overall prospect by Rivals.com.
