Tottenham Hotspur striker and club cornerstone Harry Kane made his long term allegiance to his boyhood club legally binding. Kane signed a six year contract extension, renewing his official commitment to his dream team, and ending the speculation that he could move on to Manchester United.
Not that any of us every really believed the Spurs academy product would actually leave White Hart Lane for Old Trafford, but those transfer rumors just never seemed to cease.
Seriously, the Harry Kane to Man United narrative was always stale and persisted, but it just kept persisting.
Anyway, Tottenham have inked the home grown superstar for the long term, and here’s what he told the official club website:
“It’s amazing. Everyone knows how much I love this team and what I feel for this club.”

Last year’s leading scorer in the Premier League, Harry Kane re-assured nervous Spurs supporters that his deal was going to get done. Finally, it is and now Kane and company can focus on trying to get back into the league title race.
