A CBS College Sports Sideline Reporter, Comcast SportsNet Northwest Host and Reporter, her Twitter biography says. She might also become the next national sideline superstar, a la Erin Andrews or Jenn Brown. If you watch as much college basketball and college football as we do, it’s a name you’ll get to know very well soon.

Olzendam’s husband, former Oregon Ducks back up QB, Andy Collins, passed away on treadmill just ten days after their wedding)

Here’s more from her Comcast biography:

“Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, Brooke grew up in a divided household, with her mother being a die-hard Washington State Alum, and her father, a lifelong Husky fan.  Her dad is a high school boys’ basketball coach, so Brooke was practically raised in a gym.  She was lucky enough to play volleyball and basketball at Shadle Park High School for the legendary Linda Sheridan, who was instrumental in the implementation of Title IX.

Previous to Comcast SportsNet, Brooke hosted and produced a nationally televised show on the Pac-10 conference. She has been a sideline reporter for numerous sports and teams from Pac-10 football and basketball, to WIAA boys and girls’ basketball.
