David Moyes has said that not a single has approached Manchester United about acquiring Wilfried Zaha on a loan deal. Zaha has gotten so little playing time that rumors circulated he wasn’t playing due to a relationship with Lauren Moyes, the daughter of United Manager David Moyes. Wilf even took the time to go on his Twitter page and shoot down the rumors. He even says he never met the daughter of David Moyes.
Moyes hasn’t ruled out a short term deal for Zaha, but he also said that he would be content with Wilf remaining at Old Trafford.
“I did say to Wilf if I didn’t feel he was getting enough games, I would consider it. Obviously if we’ve got injuries or other reasons, I wouldn’t take it on board. But the truth is we haven’t had anybody phoning up and wanting to do that it the moment. While it’s like that, I am fine,” David Moyes told MUTV.
David Moyes has played Zaha more in the last two Premier League games so, you’d think some PL team would be interested in him. There were rumors that Newcastle United was interested, but David Moyes seems to have shot that rumor down.
