NHL Network’s Kathryn Tappen: photos and bio


Kathryn Tappen is a fresh face on NHL Network. The New Jersey native comes to the network from NESN, the pre-eminent hottie reporter farm in the United States. She joined New England Sports Network, where she served as NESN’s studio host for Boston Bruins games and as a lead anchor for SportsDesk. Kathryn Tappen left NESN in 2011 to join the NHL Network.

Kathryn Tappen was an Academic-All American at Rutgers University where she was a member of the Scarlet Knights cross country and track and field team. She is also a six-time varsity letter-winner, Academic All American, Big East Academic All Star, and former record holder in the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase.
