Need a fierce five update? Aly Raisman will compete in ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” just like she competed in the 2012 London Olympics floor exercise with Jordyn Wieber and the balance beam with Gabby Douglas. Aly Raisman and the fierce five won gold and fame this past summer. Now Aly Raisman goes to DWTS.

And since we’re “Fair and Balanced” according to Fox News:

Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman will also be a contestant on the 16th season of the ABC series. Gymnast Shawn Johnson won the 8th season of “Dancing With the Stars,” likely leaving fans with some high expectations for Raisman.

Other sports stars that will participate in the new season include ice skating legend Dorothy Hamill, boxer Victor Ortiz and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones .

Speaking of Olympic names…

-Everyone knows the name Alex Morgan and Hope Solo, but how many know the name Amy Rodriguez?

-And have you met the Dutch field hockey team?

  1. Team USA overall has had a great run so far at the Olympics. Each and every time that I watch an event I’m proud that these are the men and women representing our country. . There are thousands of hours of coverage and several channels included in the Olympics coverage so finding what you’re looking for can be really hard. I just recently upgraded to the Hopper which comes with three tuners and 2,000 hours of recording time available. Now I can record each event and I don’t have to stress out about having enough space for all the sports I want to see. I’m glad I followed my Dish co-worker’s advice: the Hopper has been a huge time saver. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the 2016 team will be comparable or better to this team. There have been so many firsts this year and that makes it great!
