Sorry…Sarah has been at Coachella since Thursday. I used to love S. Alexander–I still think he’s got some stuff left. It’d be a good move for the Bears, but for some reason I see them stubbornly sticking with draft picks at RB. When they didn’t make a move for Michael Turner it made me wonder if they’re really looking for free agents at RB…seems they were content just to go after other teams’ #3 receivers…

It is sad. but the fact that they get millions of dollars every year for a decade and get to sleep with any woman they want for four years in college tends to eradicate my sympathy for the fact that the prime career of their life usually ends at age 32.

Yeah, I could see Alexander adding a little stability to the Bears running back position this year… but I wouldn’t sign him long-term… sad that a running back’s lifespan in the NFL is pretty much over once you hit 30…

“Ham-n-eggers” Love it! great term. Cedric Benson is one too. Is Shaun ALexander over the hill? probably. but at least he climbed a hill once. I dont think Ced could. Benson is more like below sea level swampland. So I think the Bears should pursure ALexander and fill their other off needs via the draft.

Daunte Culpepper reportedly visited the Packers today… not sure how I feel about that… I guess he’d be a better back-up than those other two ham-n-eggers Green Bay has right now behnd Rodgers.

MVP? While its nice to hear, the season is early. I just go out day after day to try to help the Sportsbank Team gain more readers. I play my hardest and try to support my fellow teammates in the process. I the end, as long as this site is #1, thatâ€™s all that matters to Soxman.

Well-written dude! I still think it would be hilarious if Brett Fave came back again, although I donâ€™t see it happening.

Could the Bears try and sign S Alexander now that he was cut by the Seahawks? We need RB depth. He could be a high-risk, high-reward option. Sarah?

Damn you for using the Aqib Talib Kweli joke! I was planning to do that in my Patriots draft preview. I have to see if Kweli has any songs that are specificially about Mary Jane, would certainly apply to Aqib Talib!
